To everyone who donated to the development of Erased in 2024, thank you for believing in this work. We are deeply grateful for your generosity and support. The work we create is only possible because of our community, and we could not do it without you.
ERASED, a new work by Coleen MacPherson, is a thrilling, absurdist physical theatre production that plunges audiences into the uncanny world of a greeting card factory, where workers navigate an oppressive system of power only to discover that people are being "disappeared."
This ambitious production brings together a creative team of 18 performers, designers, and artists whose collective artistry is essential to bringing this story to life. We are also committed to creating a sustainable production and, in partnership with York University, will host two post-show community talking circles with food and invited guests to foster dialogue beyond the performance.
ERASED is an urgent call, in a time of escalating violence, to imagine another possible future and to reignite our collective desire for a more just and compassionate world.

We believe in fairly compensate all the artists we work with, offering Equity and ADC rates. With this in mind, the total personnel cost of ERASED for our four week rehearsal process and two week run at a professional theatre in Toronto before costumes, set, and other costs is $99,482. And we are looking to you to help us raise one-quarter of this total amount. Check out the different ways to contribute below.
